Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through Airbnb or any other authorized platform.

A confirmed reservation is subject to full or partial prepayment, as outlined during the booking process.

Prices may vary by season and availability.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 15:00

Check-out time: 23:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property and its contents.

Any damages caused during the stay must be reported and may result in additional charges.

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

Occupancy

The maximum number of guests allowed is10, as stated in the booking.

Additional guests must be approved beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

Liability
